About draftgo

draftgo is an online proofing and approval platform for images, videos, PDFs, audio and Office documents. Creative teams, agencies, in-house marketing departments and freelancers use draftgo to submit drafts for review in a structured way, collect feedback directly on the asset and document approvals transparently. Instead of scattered email threads, there is one single place where you can see at any time who commented on what and who has already approved.

Our mission

Creative projects rarely fail for lack of ideas; they fail because of unclear coordination. Our goal is to make rounds of revisions short, clear and verifiable – without clients having to create a user account. External participants join via a guest link, comment on the exact spot in the image, on the PDF page or at the video timecode, and approve with one click.

Privacy and hosting

Operation and data storage take place exclusively on servers in the European Union. Processing is governed by the GDPR, transfers are encrypted, and a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is part of the terms of use. Access rights are granted per project, loop and file and can be revoked at any time.
