About draftgo

draftgo is a joint product of pacutec UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and Mai Ventures GmbH. Development, technical operation and content responsibility are carried out in close cooperation between both companies. All rights to the trade mark, the software and the associated content are held by the aforementioned companies.

draftgo.io is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for professional approval management. It is aimed at agencies, creative teams, marketing departments and companies wishing to simplify their coordination processes for documents, designs, videos and other creative content. The aim is to shorten feedback loops, consolidate revisions and document approvals transparently.

Files can be uploaded, annotated with pixel accuracy and approved by internal and external stakeholders via multi-stage approval loops. Every step of the process is logged, making it possible at any time to trace who provided which feedback and when an approval was granted. This is particularly valuable for industries with high requirements regarding compliance and verification.

Data Protection and Data Security

The protection of personal data is of the highest priority to us. The platform’s data is stored in the Lovable Cloud on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). All data transmissions are encrypted via TLS, and we protect stored data through technical and organisational measures pursuant to Art. 32 GDPR. For the delivery of the application and individual functions, we use service providers who may also process data outside the EU. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Access rights are granted on a granular basis per project and user. External participants receive access exclusively to the files and projects approved for them; their access can be time-limited and revoked at any time. Our data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR automatically becomes an integral part of the contract upon registration.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

draftgo’s offering is directed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of Section 14 BGB. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 VSBG).

Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall be Stockach.
