Getting started
Account, company, team and your first projects – how to get started in draftgo.
Create account and company
After signing up, you confirm your email address. Once confirmed, your company is created automatically – this is the workspace that holds all projects, files and members.
All data is strictly limited to your company. Nobody outside your company sees your projects unless you deliberately share a guest link.
Example
You sign up as “Studio Nordlicht”. Everything you upload belongs to this company from now on. You invite colleagues by email; clients get guest links instead, with no account needed.
Invite team
Under Settings → Team → Users, you invite people by email and set their role. The invitation contains a link the person uses to create an account, landing directly in your company.
- Admin: can do everything – user management, billing, branding, privacy, default values, Easy Mode.
- Editor: works on the content – projects, files, loops, guests, comments, approvals – including deleting files and projects.
- Editors do not see any company-wide settings: no user management, no billing, no branding, no privacy section.
You can change roles at any time. The change takes effect immediately, the next time the person loads a page.
Guests instead of accounts
Clients do not need a draftgo account. They receive a guest link and work directly in the browser: viewing, commenting and – if you allow it – approving.
Help & support
Via “Help & support” you can reach these guides, the interactive demo with accompanying guide and your support tickets at any time. In the demo, you walk through a real sample workspace – your real data remains untouched.
